Getting your room ready for departure
As you prepare to leave, our goal is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-out process. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about preparing your room, what to expect during your departure inspection, and what happens if any issues arise.
Just as your apartment was professionally cleaned prior to the commencement of your tenancy, it must be returned to the same standard upon departure.

Should your apartment not meet the required standard upon inspection, the following charges may apply:
Standard Cleaning
- Shared apartment (per room): $105
- Studio apartment: $150
Additional cleaning (if required):
- Rubbish removal: $60
- Deep cleaning (per hour): $60
- Carpet cleaning: $80
Prices above apply Monday to Friday. Higher fees apply for weekend cleaning.
Any damages beyond fair wear and tear identified during the inspection will need to be settled or may be deducted from your bond.
